Please allow up to two weeks since all packages ship UPS Ground service which can take up to a week from the day it ships. Return policy: When applicable items can be returned for replacement only. A refund is only issued when a replacement is not available. I can't do refunds since I am just starting out and I have thin margins to contend with.
