It is very sturdy, compact, and features an all metal "camera quick release platform" with "Snap Lock" to allow for quick camera removal from the monopod. The "snap lock" also prevents accidental detachment of the camera. In this demonstration of the ALZO Monopod the camera was steadied because the shutter speed was set to between 1/15 to 1/30 Second. The photographer selected a "slow shutter speed to capture as much available light as possible with the flash set -2 f-stops and ceiling bounced as a fill. This "fill flash" technique produces more natural photographs compared to when the flash dominates the available light. Here we demonstrate the ALZO Monopod supporting the ALZO Flip Flash Bracket with the flash ceiling bounced as fill light.
