Attention owners (or potential owners) of Nikon F Series Cameras including the FA, FE, FE-2 FM, FM-2, FM-2N, EM, FG, FG-20, FM-10, FE-10, F3HP etc. F Series models. These cameras are, without question, great "user/collector" cameras. Common problems owners run into include: 1) They use one or two 1.5 volt "button cell" photo batteries, not commonly found in stores any more; 2) Getting the battery door open without scratching or damaging the battery cover door is a challenge; and 3) The door seal material on the back cover has often deteriorated and turned into "back gunk". This kit includes: 1) Two fresh, new in the package Varta V76PX (SR44) silver/oxide photo batteries; 2) A "no-mar" battery cover removal tool - made of plastic, it will not mar your camera's surface. Its the size of a small key, and includes chain/hole for putting on your key chain. The plastic tip fits the battery door slot perfectly, and it has a curved blade ideal for cameras with "button cell" battery chambers/covers. The plastic tip works well on many modern "point and shot" cameras also, and; 3) One 1/32" X 1" X 10" strip of self-adhesive LIGHT SEAL FOAM, with easy to follow instructions for removing the old gunk and cutting the new material to size and installing in your camera ("ANYONE" can do it!).
