There are just some light scuffs on the exterior of the flash unit and a couple traces of wear hot the hot shoe and securing dial from previous use. Functionally, this flash is in great working order! It fires when prompted in all modes, zoom works well, head tilts and swivels, mount contacts and battery compartment are clean. Made in Japan.
