We will email all information given to us by the Postal System on all items sent outside the United States. In the past some customers living outside the United States have had problems tracking their item. The only number provided us by the Postal System when shipping Priority Mail International is the "Customs Declaration Number" which starts with the letters "CJ" and is followed by 9 numbers and ends with the letters "US". This number will be included in our email to you after mailing your item. We have found on several occasions that our overseas customers have not been able to track their items using that number provided us by the United States Post Office. We apologize for this inconvenience however we have no control over the Postal System in the United States. We have been told by the United States Post Office that there is no tracking available once the item has left the United States borders. If you would rather use another carrier other that the USPS please contact us and we will give you the shipping costs for that carrier.
