Used Canon 300EZ Speedlite Flash - Good Condition, Cosmetically & Operationally! Includes Case and an original OEM Owner's Manual in English The Canon Speedlite 300EZ is an electronic flash unit for EOS FILM cameras featuring the A (Advanced)-TTL automatic flash output control (when used with compatible cameras). It can respond to a wide range of illumination from dark surroundings to bright (fill-in flash) without troublesome operations. It is a standard hotshoe-mounted flash unit intended for general purpose applications. It supports ""second-curtain sync" if the camera has the appropriate custom function. Control is via back panel switch. It is powered by four standard AA batteries - alkaline, NiCad, NiMH but not compatible with lithium AA cells. Batteries not included in this auction item. The unit has a zooming flash head which moves internally to adjust for the lens focal length. Control over the zoom position is automatic only. The zoom range is from 24-70 mm, with zoom detents (stops) at 28, 35, 50 and 70mm. The flash head can neither tilt nor swivel. As a TTL/A-TTL flash it will not work properly with EOS digital cameras. This unit does not support E-TTL and does not support any advanced functions for type A cameras, such as wireless E-TTL. Save Energy function, with a timeout of about 5 minutes of no operation.
