I believe it’s aluminum.· Collapsed, the tripod without the head is about 15†and about 39†extended. With the double extension center post extended, it’s about 56â€. Add another 5†if using this head.· I’m not positive about the model as it has no model name on it. One of the Studex models has the closest description to this one.· Near mint condition. Working perfectly.· Leg locks at the top of each leg permit three stable positions for each leg.· Look at the picture, the feet look practically new.· With this head it is about 3.5 pounds, and I think the head is more than half of it.· The ball head with quick release plate is primarily aluminum with a few steel pieces and plastic levers. It works great. Please ask questions before bidding. Ignore E-bay shipping information. I ship worldwide. I am happy to combine shipping. SHIPPING: Shipping in the Contiguous 48 states with delivery confirmation is $12.95. Insurance is always recommended. I do not accept responsibility for damage or loss once I deliver the package to the Post Office. If the winning bidder chooses to not purchase insurance, any loss or damage is his or her responsibility. International shipments: outside the USA will be insured unless the seller chooses to give the high bidder the option of buying it. Generally this option will be available only to low priced items do to excessive claims by people who fail to purchase insurance. The buyer accepts full responsibility for loss or damage once the package is delivered by me to the Post Office. This does not apply to countries for which insurance is not available. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Packages being shipped to China will be sent Express Mail only due to the many packages that have not been delivered, and excessive claims. Normal shipping outside the US is Priority Mail – yes, it is expensive. If you want me to use 1st Class Mail, ask me to. Insurance will still apply – I obtain it from another source for the same price the US Postal Service charges for domestic mail. First Class mail is slower than Priority Mail. I do not want to hear from any international buyer that his or her package has not arrived until at least two weeks after the auction. It can take 3-4 weeks for 1st Class Mail. All Payments must be made in US dollars. In addition to PayPal I accept Bank money orders, Postal Money Orders (US, Canada, Japan), US cash, and personal checks or money orders drawn on US banks or banks with a US affiliate. (personal checks delay shipping). Ask about other options. Refund Policy: Items that are not as described will result in a refund of the bid amount upon return of the item in the condition in which it was shipped. This does not apply to finding a small scratch when the description says minor surface wear or similar issues. No refund will be offered if the item is damaged in transit and insurance was not purchased. The box and packing material must be kept and available for the post office if an item is insured and damaged in transit. If an issue is not addressed in the description (I attempt to provide comprehensive descriptions) or if the bidder doesn’t understand the description and he or she did not ask a question about it, no refund will be made. Note: if the Post Office damages an item and still delivers it, it will refund only the bid amount and not the postage. I will not make up the difference. Please ask questions before bidding. Key words: support pod tri tri-pod pro professional classic 4-8 Payment:I'm a guy who looks for stuff to sell. I endeavor to provide timely service and to describe all items accurately. Every item is sold as-is, subject to my description. If it is delivered as described, you may not return it for a refund if you decide you don't like it. I am not the Post Office, nor am I an insurance company. When I mail a package, I am no longer responsible for its condition on delivery. I do my best to pack things well, and if a Post Office employee decides to use your package to keep his or her truck from rolling down a hill, don't ask me for a refund. Buy insurance. I realize that purchasing insurance adds to the cost, and I give you the choice. If you choose to not insure the package, you are retaining the risk of loss or damage. The vast majority of items arrive in the same condition in which they were sent.International packages generally require insurance unless they have a relatively low value. For some reason, our Post Office believes it is reasonable to increase the mailing charge by 50 - 100% if someone wants to insure a package.Terms of Sale:Sales are As-Is subject to my description. If you are the high bidder, by e-bay rules you are obligated to pay for the item, and I'm obligated to sell it.
