The Lens is stuck in the open / outstretched position Included here are the camera itself, the original box, the user manual, the quick reference guide, the interactive user’s guide on a CD, HP image zone software on a CD, the wire to connect this camera to a USB input on a computer, and the AC power charger. The camera has a battery in it , but I cannot tell if it holds a charge since when I plug in the AC charger the camera powers up for only several seconds and then shuts off without any evidence of charging the battery.
