You can place the opening on the bottom a 3.5 inch square on anything and project the image on a wall piece of paper, then you can trace or draw or paint the image. The projector is in pristine condition works great, I have checked it out. No box or anything won two in auctions so listing one. Takes a standard 60 watt lamp bulb thank god some of the other ones take a special bulb which cost you big bucks not this little carry around handy gadget, plugs into any 120 volt outlet or extension cord.
