Attention owners (or potential owners) of Canon Canonet QL 17 (2nd version or GIII), Canonet QL 19, 28, and similiar compact rangefinder 35mm cameras of the 1960's to 1980's. These cameras are without question great "user/collector" cameras. There are, however, two universal shortcomings with any of them: 1) They are specified to use the now unavailable in the US 1.35 volt 625 "button" mercury photo battery; and 2) the door seal on the back cover of the camera has usually deteriorated and turned into "black gunk". Here's a "REVITALIZING KIT" to address both shortcomings! This kit includes: 1. A fresh, new in the package 1.35 volt 625 Wein Zinc/Air "Button Cell" Photo Battery, specially designed to replace discontinued mercury batteries; and 2. One 1/32" X 1" X 10" strip of self adhesive professional quality LIGHT SEAL FOAM, with easy to follow instructions for removing the old gunk and cutting the new material to size and installing in your camera ("ANYONE" can do it!). Get your classic 35mm camera back into commission and taking great pictures! US OR CANADIAN BIDDERS ONLY PLEASE. Thanks!
