The attached NE-3D base is designed to work exclusively with the Nikon F3 ONLY. This unit is in near mint condition. It saw light/moderate use by a skilled amateur photographer who took excellent care of his gear, and has since been stored in a cool, dry, air-conditioned home. The flash features a flexible bounce head that angles the flash from 0 degrees (facing directly forward, toward the subject) upward through 90 degrees (straight up, facing the ceiling), and also swivels up to 180 degrees horizontally. The head also has three zoom positions: Wide (35mm), Standard (50mm), and Telephoto (135mm). The control panel features switches for ISO/ASA, manual / automatic exposure modes, and power (1/16th to full). The display indicates the appropriate F/stop for each combination of settings. The flash is powered by four AA batteries. The hot shoe features a rotating collar to securely lock the flash to the camera body.
