Backpack Kodak Film Brick Verichrome Pan VP120 You are bidding on a single brick (20 rolls) of VP 120 film. This film is over 10 years old but has been refrigerated the whole time. My spare 'fridge finally died and I don't have room in the kitchen and I can't afford a new one just for my film. Cosmetically, they are in excellent condition however I cannot vouch for the image quality. What you see is what you get So bid accordingly. Sold "AS IS." I also have 35mm bricks in another auction if you are interested and I will combine shipping. I will not be responsible for accidents, carelessness, stupidity or inaccurate or out-of-specification performance. I will only ship to the contiguous continental United States and I will use USPS. I will accept payment by certified check, money order or Paypal (preferable). Shipping by USPS is a flat $14. Insurance is extra. I don't charge for handling! If you have any questions be sure to ask them before you bid and if you have a poor ebay rating or zero history do not bid. <br> The finer print Bid on this auction ONLY if you intend to follow through and pay for the item. It's eBay's policy. Buyer shall contact seller within three days of the close of the auction. This is eBay's policy and is also common courtesy. I will also contact the buyer within this time and continue communication until the transaction is completed. Payment shall be received by the seller within 7 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within this period, buyer may be reported as a non-paying bidder. Consider your financial situation BEFORE bidding, so you don't find yourself unable to pay. Buyer pays for shipping; insurance is optional. This is pretty standard on eBay. I ship small items by USPS, larger ones by UPS. I try to keep shipping costs low by recycling shipping containers and packing material. However, when this is not possible the shipping cost will reflect this. Like you, I am disturbed by sellers who charge unreasonable amounts for shipping. All sales are final on items that are sold as-is. I describe items to the best of my ability, revealing any defects, if any, that I am aware of. I will not intentionally deceive anyone. I may make mistakes, but I will always try to describe an item honestly and accurately. If you require a more detailed description of an item or need additional information, email me with your questions prior to bidding. Seller is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. I pack items carefully so that the buyer will receive them in the same condition in which they were described. After I ship an item, I cannot control its handling, nor will I be responsible for the shipper's handling (or mis-handling) of an item. Insurance (and any insurance claim) is the buyer's responsibility. Return shipping. Just like everyone else on the internet, if you return an item to the seller for a refund or replacement the return shipping is paid by the buyer. After the sale. The seller will not be responsible for accidents, carelessness, stupidity or inaccurate or out-of-specification performance. Buyer shall ask questions by email before bidding. If you have a question about an item which will influence your decision to bid or not, it is your responsibility to ask BEFORE bidding, not after, and certainly not after winning the auction. I cannot possibly know and describe every detail of every item. I describe the condition of an item to the best of my ability, but I may not be aware of every feature or function. For complex items, consult the manufacturer's website for detailed information. Before considering leaving neutral or negative feedback, buyer shall first try to resolve a problem with the seller. Buying and selling online has limitations - the seller can only show photos of the actual item for sale, and the buyer can't see/touch/hear what he or she is bidding on. Transactions are based on trust, usually between people who have never met. It may happen that either the buyer or the seller or both are not completely satsfied with a transaction. I will always try to resolve conflicts with a buyer so that we are both satisfied. My goal is to leave positive feedback for every buyer (and seller when I buy on eBay), and to treat every buyer/seller in such a way that he or she will want to leave positive feedback for me. As a seller, I will leave feedback for a buyer as soon as I receive feedback that the buyer is satisfied. If you do not give me feedback I have no incentive to leave any for you. Duplicate items. At times I will have several identical items. I have learned from experience that I will display a photo of the exact item that you are bidding on. If it is serialized, I will include that information. However, as soon as your auction has concluded I reserve the right to imediately list and identical item. Final Note: Unscrupulous buyers will not be tolerated. Example: A buyer owns a broken radio. He wins an auction for the same model radio on eBay, pays for and receives it. He then claims to the seller that the radio he just bought arrived broken and attempts to 'return' his broken radio to the seller for a refund. Such people are unfortunate and will be even less fortunate if they buy from me. I leave microscopic ID markers on all items I sell. If a buyer 'returns' an item which I did not sell, I will not be responsible for returning the item nor for refunding its cost. Buyers attempting fraud will be reported to eBay. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Let's all enjoy the great opportunity to buy and sell in relative freedom on eBay by playing fair. Thank you for reading this and for bidding on my auction. Check my feedback and bid with confidence. I wish you success.
