Millard. Millard & Manning. No copyright date. Frames come in original envelope with instructions for use. There are a total of 12 black paper "masks," with an assortment of rectangular/oval openings. Envelope is marked 2.5" x 4.25", which is I believe is the approximate size of the openings of the frames. Envelope shows wear and has torn flap. Directions are readable. Paper frames don't have any creases or tears. This item will ship via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Sorry, NO shipping to Italy.
