Some internet research regarding this item states: "Horded by American private eyes" "tiny, round camera about the size of a US quarter" "fixed focus lens" Approximate Measurements: camera diameter - 1 1/4", camera width 5/8" This item was purchased by one of our consignors in 1948/49 when he was stationed in Japan while with the U.S. Army.
