Normal 0 This is a used Vivitar Auto Thyristor 2800 flash, serial #2093975 This flash is the single-pin variety and will work on any camera that has a hot-shoe. However, it will not be dedicated to any camera...it works in the manual mode. Flashes of this type [not just this particular one] are NOT recommended for auto-focus cameras or digital cameras. It would be just perfect for the gazillions of K1000s that are in service. The condition is 'excellent', the head tilts for bounce flash, there is light cosmetic handling wear, it works properly, the battery compartment is clean & corrosion-free, and it runs on 4 'AA' batteries [not included].
