Hello and thanks for viewing our listing! This is a Zeiss Kodak Anastigmat f6.3 lens for 5x7 with mounting flange and front and rear caps. I am not sure of how many mm it is, but I believe it is around 8". The glass has some dust, a small separation spot near the edge on the front element and light cleaning marks on the front element, the rear element is excellent, some minor marks. The glass is not perfect, but it is certainly nice enough to produce some outstanding classic images. The shutter is working, but not fully tested and as with any 100 year old shutter, it should probably have a CLA. The blades are fine. Please see photos. Only what is shown is included.
